Chasing Creative is a boutique creative agency working with bold, modern brands to deliver content, websites, video, and strategy that actually moves the needle.

We’re in a strong growth phase, and this role is a key part of scaling with intention.

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and people-smart Assistant + Client Success Coordinator who can confidently take discovery calls, support our current clients, and keep internal operations running smooth. You won’t be “wearing all the hats”—you’ll be wearing one important one that helps the whole agency function better.

Your presence will create leverage across the agency by:

• Capturing and qualifying new leads quickly
• Keeping projects and client requests organized and moving
• Making sure no one drops the ball internally or externally

Your Responsibilities:

🗣️ Discovery Calls (Sales Support)

• Take intro calls with inbound leads (scripts and positioning provided)
• Share who we are and what we do in a clear, human way
• Qualify leads and gather key info to pass along to Blake or the creative team
• Send recap emails, schedule follow-ups, and update our Notion CRM
